Qualification: Madhyamik Examination pass Certificate from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent
Must be able to take dictation at a uniform Speed of 80 wpm for 10 minutes.
Must be able to type accurately from a manuscript on computer at the rate of not less than 35 wpm in English for 10 minutes.
