Stenographer Grade-III recruitment in Society For Centralized Recruitment of Staff in Subordinate Courts under Punjab and Haryana High Court

Society For Centralized Recruitment of Staff in Subordinate Courts recruiting 86 Vacancies for the post of Stenographer Grade-III

Total Number of vacancies : 86 (Gen-55, SC of Haryana-13, ST of Haryana-03, BC of Haryana-11, ESM-04)

Qualification : The applicant should possess a degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent thereto from a recognized university and must have proficiency in operation of computers (Word Processing and Spread Sheets). Note:- The applicant, who has possessed degree of graduation from any stream i.e. Arts, Commerce, Science or Computer is eligible.

Age : 18-42 yrs

Mode of Selection : The candidates will have to qualify the English Shorthand Test and its Transcription at the speed of 80 W.P.M. and 20 W.P.M. respectively. The candidates, who qualify the said English Shorthand Test and its Transcription, will be called for Hindi Shorthand Test and its Transcription, which they will have to qualify at the speed of 35 W.P.M. and 20 W.P.M. respectively and Computer Proficiency Test.

Examination Fee (Non-Refundable) :

1. General – Male- Rs. 1000/- Female – Rs. 500/-

2. SC/ST/BC/ESM of the State of Haryana – Male –Rs. 250/- , Female- Rs. 125/-

3. Reserved Categories of the other States- Male – Rs.1000/- , Female-Rs. 500/-

4. Physical Handicapped & dependants of Ex-servicemen of the State of Haryana - As per their Original Category

Requisite fee must be deposited on or before the last date and time fixed for the purpose. The applicants have to deposit the requisite fee by way of „Cash Deposit Receipt‟, printed after completion of Step-I of registration, in any branch of State Bank of India only. The „Cash Deposit Receipt‟ will contain the amount of fee to be deposited by the applicant, depending upon his/her category. Applicant approaching the State Bank of India Branch will ask for depositing the fee under Screen 8888 (Fee Type-21). No other mode of payment of fee is admissible. The fee once paid will not be refunded in any case. The applicant must retain the „Cash Deposit Receipt‟ in original for future use.
