Job Description
Speed on Short Hand with 40 w.p.m.
Ability to speak fluently in English, Hindi and Bengali.
Uses computer applications such as spreadsheets, work processing, calendar, e-mail and database software in performing work assignments.
Receives and handles inquiries, complaints and requests concerning department/division activities.
Takes and transcribes important and confidential dictation.
Able to do self drafting and good in correspondence.
Good presentation skills.
Proficient with MS Office and PPT.
Knowledge of arranging meeting through video conference.
Takes notes of meetings and hearings, and prepares the minutes.
Utilises a full range of skill in the operation of computer software applications to perform a variety of complex typing and clerical tasks.
Arranges appointments and meetings, and prepares materials for them.
Maintains and directs the maintenance of files, both general and confidential.
Any other administrative job assigned by the management from time to time.
Knowledge in maintenance of date and time of appointment of officers and high dignitaries with necessary followup.
To deal in a tactful manner with visitors and to attend telephone calls with courtesy.
