Job Description
The position would be Travel Executive.
Your profile would include the following:
- Client Facing/ telephonic conversations (We do face customer walk-ins at our store as well as calling us for queries)
- Providing customers with the best possible advice/ solution in traveling
- Working on company software for creating domestic and International packages
- Working on Amadeus for flights (basic level)
- Maintaining records on Excel
Following are the major requirements for this profile:
- Fluent in English
- Confident in Client facing
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of famous travel destinations would help
