Required Skills & Competencies
1. Hygiene & Cleaning Skills

Knowledge of cleaning procedures, kitchen sanitation, and food safety.

Ability to maintain a spotless working environment and follow hygiene standards.

Familiarity with dishwashing machines, cleaning chemicals, and maintenance tools.
2. Communication & Teamwork Skills

Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff, service teams, and supervisors.

Team-oriented attitude to coordinate with multiple departments during service.

Professional and courteous behavior when interacting with guests or customers.
3. Physical & Organizational Skills

Physically fit to stand for long hours, lift utensils, and handle kitchen equipment.

Ability to organize utensils, supplies, and cleaning schedules efficiently.

Quick learner capable of handling peak hours and high-pressure situations.
