Job Description
As a Steward / Waiter at Speciality Restaurants Ltd. in Chandigarh, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests by providing courteous and efficient food and beverage service. You will play a key role in upholding the company’s high standards of service, hygiene, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:-
Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Present menus, explain daily specials, and make recommendations when required.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.

Serve orders promptly, following the service standards of Speciality Restaurants.

Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to any concerns or requests.

Clear and reset tables between services, ensuring cleanliness and order.

Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and side stations.

Follow standard operating procedures and hygiene protocols at all times.

Support colleagues and contribute to team spirit and a smooth service flow.

Assist in mise en place, stock checks, and preparation tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass; Hotel Management diploma preferred.

Prior experience in a reputed restaurant or hotel is desirable (6 months to 1 year preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Well-groomed and presentable.

Team player with a positive attitude and customer-first approach.

Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Must be able to stand for extended periods.

Capable of lifting trays and serving with agility.
