The Steward is responsible for providing efficient and courteous food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and following hotel service standards.

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables

• Present menus and explain food & beverage items

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar

• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally

• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and presentable at all times

• Clear tables and reset them quickly for the next service

• Handle guest requests, complaints, and special needs politely

• Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service standards

• Follow safety, sanitation, and hotel SOPs

• Assist teammates during peak hours

• Handle billing and payments if required

• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass (Hotel Management preferred)

• Freshers can apply

• Prior hotel or restaurant experience is an advantage
