Rs.16000/- per month for the 1st year & Rs.18000/- for the 2nd year

Selection Method : The
selection process will consist of screening test and interview. Screening Test:
The Objective type examination comprise of 40 questions which will be of one
hour duration in Diploma / BSc level subjects. 2½ marks will be awarded for
each correct answer and ½ mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
Interview: Candidates those who have cleared the screening test will be called
for the interview. Final selection and ranking will be based on the performance
of the candidates in the interview and no weightage will be given for marks
scored in the screening test
Scope of Training : Selected
candidates will be given training for 2 years at Mysuru/Challakere, as decided
by BARC, in various aspects of relevant trades, as per prescribed syllabi of
each trade and for meeting stringent requirements of BARC, Mysuru/Challakere.
The candidates will not have any choice/option for any particular training
programme / training place.

Selection Method : The
selection process will consist of 2 Level Test - Written Test & Stenography
Skill Test. Level 1: Questions will be of objective type on General English,
General Knowledge, General intelligence & Reasoning and Quantitative
Aptitude - Arithmetic. Level 2: Stenography Skill Test. Candidates will be
shortlisted and empanelled in order of merit based on the marks secured in
Level 1 & 2.
Upper Division Clerk

Qualification : Degree of a recognized University or
equivalent with an aggregate of 50% marks.
Desirable : Minimum
speed of 30 w.p.m. in typewriting in English, provided that a physically
handicapped person who is qualified to hold the clerical post, but does not
possess the said qualification in typewriting may be appointed subject to the
condition that the Medical Board attached to the Special Employment Exchange
for handicapped or where there is no Special Board, a Civil Surgeon certifies
that the said handicapped person is not in a fit condition to be able to type.
