STORE ASSISTANT Job in MACRO PRECISION COMPONENTS at Yeshwantpur, Bangalore

• Responsible day to day operations of the stores are managed in accordance with good store keeping practices

• Responsible for  identification of product at all stages

• Ensure adherence to all statutory compliances, maintaining receipts and returns details  

• Ensure optimum utilization of storage space

• Implement processes to ensure store safety, ambience, cleanliness and facilities

• Responsible for handling the accounting of the products stored

• Maintain accountability of finished goods in the stores

• Ensure timely and proper disposal of scrap material

• Release of material as per the requirements from internal customers

• Ensure First in First out (FIFO ) process is followed

• Ensure no downtime in plant due to material

• Responsible for effective inventory control and inventory management

• Conduct and verify the accuracy of monthly physical inventories and valuations thereof in accordance with costing policy and procedures

• Follow-up with respect to rejection, shortages and regular materials required for Production

·         Quarantine damaged or defective items or return to vendors

·         Responsible for customer satisfaction
