Job Description
Store Executive manages daily operations, inventory control, and logistical documentation to ensure smooth, efficient, and secure,, warehouse, or retail store performance. Key duties involve receiving and inspecting materials, maintaining accurate records in ERP systems, conducting stock audits, and ensuring compliance with safety and organizational standards.

Core Responsibilities
Inventory & Material Management: Track inventory, handle material receipts and issues (FIFO method), perform stock verification, and maintain minimum/maximum stock levels.
Operational Documentation: Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Maintain Stock Registers, and issue Material Requisition Slips (MRS) using ERP systems.
Logistics & Coordination: Coordinate with purchase teams, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery, and handle material reconciliation.
Store Maintenance & Safety: Ensure the storage area is clean, organized, secure, and compliant with safety regulations.
Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly material consumption reports and, in retail settings, assist with sales targets and customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Usually 2–6 years in inventory management, logistics, or retail, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Software Proficiency: Knowledge of ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office (Excel) is critical.
Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail for stock checks and reporting.
Communication: Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
