Job Summary
The Store Executive is responsible for managing inventory, material receipts, storage, and dispatch operations to support manufacturing and project requirements at Tejas Networks. The role ensures accurate stock records, compliance with company procedures, and smooth coordination with procurement, production, and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials as per purchase orders and quality standards
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/SAP systems
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials (electronic components, spares, finished goods)
Issue materials to production and other departments as per approved requisitions
Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning to avoid shortages or excess
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and resolve discrepancies
Coordinate with procurement, QA, production, and logistics teams
Ensure compliance with EHS, ISO, and company policies
Prepare and maintain store-related reports and documentation
Support dispatch activities, including packing, invoicing, and logistics coordination
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
2–5 years of experience in stores or inventory management (manufacturing/telecom preferred)
Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP inventory modules
Knowledge of electronic components and telecom equipment is an advantage
Familiarity with FIFO, inventory control, and audit processes
Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Problem-solving and basic analytical skills
