Job Description
A Store Executive oversees daily inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock levels, managing vendor deliveries, and maintaining proper record-keeping (GRN, ERP updates). They are responsible for organizing storage areas, conducting audits, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring safe handling of materials to support smooth supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Track, receive, store, and issue materials, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stockouts.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain inventory records in ERP/SAP systems, prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and reconcile stock, as detailed by Park Controls and Scribd.
Logistics & Vendor Coordination

Handle material loading/unloading, coordinate with suppliers for replenishment, and liaise with the purchase department.
Stock Audits: Conduct physical, monthly, and annual inventory audits to verify records.
Store Maintenance: Ensure safety, cleanliness (5S), and proper storage of materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 0–4 years in retail, manufacturing, or inventory roles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and ERP/SAP systems.
Abilities: Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Knowledge: Familiarity with safety standards, inventory control procedures, and material handling, according to Thapar.
Education
Typically a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
