Job Description
Key responsibilities
Operations and efficiency:Organize and oversee all store operations, ensuring the efficient functioning of the store to maximize profitability.
Inventory management:Monitor stock levels, implement control measures to reduce shrinkage, and ensure that orders are placed to restock shelves. This includes conducting quality checks, such as daily cycle counts and quality assessments of products like fruits and vegetables.
Team leadership:Manage and lead staff, providing training, performance feedback, and support for their personal development.
Customer experience:Recommend best practices for picking and packing to improve customer experience (Cx). Advise on speed perception and order fulfillment processes.
Quality and hygiene:Ensure the store meets hygiene and cleanliness standards.
