Store executive

The Store executive is responsible to handle Amazon Easy Store, provide excellent customer service, and to achieve Sales targets.
Position Type - Full-Time
Hours - 9.30 am to 7.30 pm

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Candidates with strong Communication skills who can greet and direct customers.
* Providing accurate information(e.g. Product features, pricing, and after-sales services).
* Answering customers' questions about a specific products.
* Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
* Cross-sell products.
* Manage returns of merchandise.
* Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
* Should handle overall maintenance of store
* Update MIS

Requirement and skills
* Any Degree/Diploma
* Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
* Understanding of the retail sales process and achieving the store target
