Job Description
1. Maintaining Material inward and out ward record
2. Material receiving, Issuing and Inventory control.
3. Dispatch of Material as per orders and requirements.
4. Maintain a track record of all dispatches.
5. Schedule monitoring and supply chain management.
6. Continuously follow-up with Customers, Vendors and transporters.
7. Preparation GRN, Invoices (Customers D/O) and Challans.
8. Maintain 5s, Kaizen, FIFO in thestorearea.
9. Co-ordinate with purchase dept. for any shortage.
10. Preparation various MIS report like Daily Stock report, Daily sales report.
