Job Description
STORE EXECUTIVE
Experience: Fresher / Experience in Sales.
Qualification: SSC and Above.
Roles and responsibilities
- Greeting and Welcoming customers. Keep smiling.
- Understand customer needs to recommend, advice leading to sales of Mobile handset& accessories.
- Deal with queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Learn billing & payment process.
- Keep store neat and hygiene at all times including stock display as per set guidelines.
- Follow store rules and process.
Job Description
- Customer satisfaction and retention.
- Product explanation and detailing.
- Explaining other products available to generate lead.
- Helping Co-executives on need for closing sales and selling process.
- Reporting to Store manager.
Skills:
Good knowledge of store procedures, inventory tracking, and stock auditing.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel, inventory software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho Inventory), or ERP systems.
Good organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Physically fit and capable of handling lifting and movement of goods if required.
