Job Description-
- Should have exposure of handling the store.
- Should have Experience of Leadership role in Store Management
- Proficient with Computer and Knowledge of ERP/SAP.
- Convert current cl. Stock into No. of days based on historical consumption data.
- Receiving the materials by checking for quality and quantity.
- Preparing daily MIS and monthly stock statements by taking physical balance of every item.
- Co-ordination with Production/purchase/sales department and venders, for timely delivery of the materials and returning of spare pare.
- Maintain the materials inward and outward records properly.
- Maintenance of all required stores records.
- Care should be taken in storing for chemicals and hazardous materials.
- Responsible for Receipt, Warehousing, of both raw and packaging material (through SIV) with other Consumable required for production activity with respect to monthly plan
- Prepares & Maintains stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document.
- Ensures FIFO policy at the time of issuing the stocks.
- Assisting in Implementation safety, ISO systems, 5S in the department.
- Maintain Tracebility of all spares & consumables.
