Job Description
-Responsible for stores inward and outward
-Responsible for the stores transaction in system
-Inward checking of material as per PO and invoice and submit the same to quality before in warding in store
-Responsible for 5S activity, FIFO system, Kaizen for stores department
-Responsible for complete documentation with regards to stores
-Making GRN within same day and incase of any quality or quantity issue, highlighting to Purchase department and making rejection note.
-Have good knowledge of sheet and its variants
-Book GRN in the ERP system and update bin cards after QC verification
-Issue inventory report. IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, consumption report
-To maintain reorder level stock as per consumption base to avoid the stock out position
-Material issuing as per production order
-Raise requisition as per requirement and post approval of production team
