Introduction
We are looking for a highly responsible, energetic, and customer-focused Store Incharge to manage day-to-day store operations in our modern 24/7 convenience store. The ideal candidate should have strong customer handling skills, product showcasing abilities, and sales-oriented mindset to create a lasting positive impact on customers and ensure smooth store functioning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Handling

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, purchases, and product recommendations.

Handle complaints and resolve issues in a polite and efficient manner.

Maintain a friendly and welcoming environment to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
2. Store Operations & Management
-
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.

Maintain a unique showcasing of products to attract customers and increase visibility.

Ensure shelves are well-stocked, neatly arranged, and visually appealing.

Supervise billing, packaging, and inventory control processes.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth

Use your sales skills to boost revenue and achieve sales targets.

Suggestive selling and upselling techniques to increase average transaction value.

Identify slow-moving products and plan promotional activities to improve sales.
4. Inventory & Stock Management
-
Monitor stock levels, track product movement, and avoid shortages or overstocking.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely stock replenishment.

Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained.
5. Staff Supervision & Coordination

Guide and train store staff on customer service, sales, and product showcasing techniques.

Ensure smooth coordination among team members during peak hours and shift changes.
6. Store Hygiene & Compliance

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the store.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational guidelines.

Regularly inspect equipment, shelves, and display areas for proper functioning.
Skills & Competencies

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Good understanding of product showcasing and visual merchandising.
