Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervision and Staff Management: Directly supervising store staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management. 
  • Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock levels, and coordinating with procurement or production teams. 
  • Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer service, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues. 
  • Store Operations: Overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. 
  • Sales and Profitability: Monitoring sales performance, implementing strategies to meet sales targets, and contributing to overall profitability. 
  • Policy and Procedure Implementation: Ensuring adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and security procedures. 
  • Financial Management: Managing the cash flow, processing transactions, and potentially preparing financial reports. 
  • Logistics and Stock Management: Managing the logistics of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring efficient storage and distribution of materials.
