Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record all incoming
materials and supplies.
·
Issue materials to production and maintenance
departments as per requisitions.
·
Maintain accurate inventory records using manual
registers or inventory software.
·
Monitor stock levels and notify when items need
to be replenished.
·
Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials.
·
Conduct regular stock audits and physical
verification.
·
Coordinate with procurement and accounts for GRN
(Goods Receipt Notes) and material entries.
·
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in
the store area.
·
Handle documentation like challans, invoices,
gate passes, etc.
·
Comply with company policies and safety
procedures.
