- To prepare all good received notes for all the received material on daily basis and forward the same the Purchase Department.
- To prepare all delivery notes on a daily basis and provide the outward register to the to the Administrator for verification on a daily basis.
- Preparing a comparative statements.
- To keep up to date all the stock ledgers.
- Maintaining department wise consumption reports.
- To carry out stock verification process at regular periodic intervals.
- Ensure the proper arrangement of all the material.
