Job Description

(2500 SAR+OTHER ALLOWANCE) Candidate Must Have Strong Communication In English. Good Knowledge In Heavy Vehicle Spare Parts. Strong Knowledge In ERP System. Candidate Have 3 to 5 Years Experience. Exciting job opportunities in SAUDI ARABIA!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Management:

    • Receive, store, and issue goods, materials, and equipment as required.

    • Maintain accurate inventory records through manual logs or computer systems.

    • Perform regular stock checks and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.

    • Identify and report any discrepancies in inventory records and take corrective action as needed.

    • Ensure that all inventory is stored correctly, in a clean and safe environment.

  2. Stock Control:

    • Monitor stock levels and notify the procurement department when items are running low.

    • Organize stock in a systematic and accessible manner to ensure easy retrieval.

    • Maintain proper labeling and identification of all stored items.

    • Dispose of expired or obsolete items following company policies and environmental regulations.

  3. Receiving and Inspection:

    • Receive incoming shipments and verify them against purchase orders and delivery notes.

    • Inspect the quality and quantity of goods received, ensuring they meet required standards.

    • Report and document any damaged or missing items.

    • Coordinate with suppliers or vendors in case of delivery issues.

  4. Issuing and Dispatching:

    • Prepare and issue stock based on approved requisitions or orders.

    • Pack and dispatch goods to the relevant departments or external locations.

    • Keep accurate records of stock issued, including date, quantity, and recipient.

    • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials to avoid operational delays.

  5. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain all necessary documents related to stock movements, including invoices, receipts, delivery notes, and inventory reports.

    • Generate periodic inventory and stock reports for management review.

    • Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts related to stock procurement and usage.

    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

  6. Safety and Cleanliness:

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free store environment.

    • Adhere to workplace safety standards and procedures at all times.

    • Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials if applicable.

    • Conduct routine inspections to ensure fire safety, equipment condition, and cleanliness.

  7. Coordination and Communication:

    • Work closely with the procurement, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations.

    • Provide regular updates to management regarding inventory status, stock issues, and requisition needs.

    • Support internal teams with information about available stock, lead times, and storage logistics.

    • Train and supervise junior store assistants or helpers as needed.
