Job Description
Introduction
We are seeking a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage daily operations of our electronics spare parts store. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the store, including inventory management, counter sales, packaging, and basic computer operations. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations

Manage day-to-day operations of the store efficiently.

Handle incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring proper storage and labeling.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and storage area.

Ensure all operations comply with company policies and safety standards.
2. Inventory Management

Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory regularly.

Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.

Conduct periodic stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of spare parts.
3. Counter Sales & Customer Service

Handle counter sales efficiently, including billing and packaging.

Assist customers in selecting products and answering queries about electronics spare parts.

Maintain professional and friendly interactions with customers.
4. Packaging & Dispatch

Prepare goods for delivery or customer pickup.

Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Maintain records of dispatches and deliveries.
5. Basic Computer Operations

Operate POS systems and manage sales entries in computer systems.

Maintain digital inventory records and reports.

Assist in generating daily, weekly, or monthly sales and inventory reports.
6. Reporting & Coordination

Coordinate with suppliers, delivery personnel, and internal teams for smooth operations.

Report daily operations, stock levels, and issues to the store manager.

Implement efficient processes to enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills

Knowledge of inventory management and stock handling.

Basic proficiency in computer operations (MS Office, POS systems).

Familiarity with electronics spare parts is an advantage.
