Job Responsibilities:

• To prepare and issue PO and Verify supplier invoice for payment.
• Follow up on orders, and monitor backlog to ensure timely deliveries.
• To Coordinate the Engineering department and Store Department
• Control inventory & update master records.
• To maintain proper Store documents & Stock.
• Required basic knowledge of MS Word, Hands-on experience in Advance Excel (Must)
• Assist to daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing, and following up on purchase orders delivery and shipment schedules.
• Receive the material as per purchase order.
• Issuance of the material to the Engineering Dept as per their requirement.
• Visit to Site whenever material is on site.

Having Knowledge of Water projects related materials information & Construction Background

Experience- 1-3 years

Qualification:

· Having knowledge of Computer skills with hands-on Exp in Excel

· Hardworking and honest.

.Bachelor's degree must

· 2+ years of experience working as a Store Executive.
