Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage day-to-day operations of physical store location
2. Assist the retail store manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
3. Coordinate daily customer service operation( eg: sales process, order, and payments)
4. Provide regular assistance to customers as needed
5. Manage appropriate levels of stock
6. Maintain high standards of store appearance and display
7. Monitor and maintain store inventory
8. Follow-up on the orders with the clients
9. Answer phone calls and respond to store-related emails and other communications
10. Take ownership in assisting store sales goals and provide expertise to help meet sales goals
11. Represent the store by meeting the clients when required for promoting of our products
12. Work on other work assigned by the manager
