About the Role:

Varsaca Homes, a D2C handcrafted Indian home décor brand, is looking for a Store Manager cum Customer Experience Manager to lead our studio experience in Balewadi, Pune. You'll be the face of Varsaca — welcoming customers, curating their in-store journey, and ensuring our studio reflects the brand's aesthetic at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and guide customers through their studio visit
• Offer styling advice and product recommendations
• Maintain studio presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Manage day-to-day store operations
• Represent the brand with warmth, polish, and confidence

Who We're Looking For:

• 0–2 years of experience; freshers welcome
• Background in interior design, fashion design, or boutique/retail preferred
• Candidates from creative/artistic backgrounds looking to explore retail/customer experience are encouraged to apply
• Presentable, well-spoken, strong communication skills
• Based in or around Balewadi, Pune, or willing to commute

Entry Level Requirements:
We welcome freshers with no prior work experience. What matters most to us is a genuine interest in home décor, styling, and customer experience — along with a presentable personality and good communication skills.
