Job Description
Job Summary:
We are hiring a responsible and customer-friendly Store Manager cum Delivery Executive for our Laundrology dry clean. The candidate will be responsible for managing the daily store operations, keeping the store clean and organized, collecting and tagging customer items, and handling home pickup and delivery of laundry and shoe service orders.
This is a hands-on role requiring customer interaction, store care, basic record-keeping, and two-wheeler-based delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Management:

Open and close the store on time
-
Welcome customers, take laundry/shoe service orders, and tag items properly
-
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store at all times

Update customer order details in register or system
-
Handle customer payments and give proper receipts
-
Keep records of daily walk-ins, sales, and deliveries
-
Ensure safe handling and storage of customer clothes and footwear
Pickup & Delivery:
-
Do home pickups and deliveries for customers within nearby areas

Ensure correct and complete items are picked up and returned
-
Collect payments (if pending) and hand over bills during delivery

Handle items carefully while transporting (bike will be provided)
Customer Service:

Be polite, helpful, and professional while dealing with customers

Handle minor customer complaints or escalate to supervisor if needed

Provide accurate information about services, rates, and delivery timelines
Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 10th pass or above
-
Prior experience in store handling, delivery, or retail is a plus
-
Must have a valid driving license (2-wheeler)
-
Should be familiar with the local area for pickups and deliveries

Basic understanding of order tracking and customer communication

Should be punctual, honest, and responsible
Working Hours:
-
9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (12 hours shift including lunch/tea breaks)

Weekly Off: Wednesday
