Job Description
JD for the Position of Optometrist cum Store Manager
-Manage ClearDekho.com Optical Retail Store as per the store operating guidelines
-Conduct comprehensive eye test (both subjective & objective) for each patient coming in store
-Conduct sales of all optical goods and explain customers in detail about the frames, lenses & contact lenses as per requirement
-Convert 100% customers and aim to cross-sell & up-sell
-Responsible for the overall look n feel up the store.
-Proper record keeping of all sales through sales register, cash management and expenses management
-troubleshooting any complaints regarding glasses dispensed from the stores.
-Achieve all sales targets as given by management
- Increase revenue and sales
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 0 -2 years
Salary: upto 28,000 Pm
Qualification : Degree/Diploma in Optometry
Job Nature: Permanent
