Job Description
- Making sure that all departments are working as per the SOPs.
- Making sure that no rack is empty.
- Making sure that all the day operations is done and none are pending before closing the store.
- Making sure that purchasing is going as decided and rates are checked before purchase. Making sure packaging department is working as per SOPs and to the full capacity.
- Making sure that shelf talkers are in place.
- Making sure bar codes are checked.
- Making sure that inventory management is proper.
- Making sure that payments and accounts are in place.
- Making sure that all records are maintained.
- Making sure that cleaning and refilling is on time.
- Making sure that purchase, transport and home delivery is properly working.
- Solving the work related problems of staff and customer which may occur.
- Reading and analysis of all the MIS reports.
- Make necessary changes as per the report suggest.
- Report the MIS reports’ conclusions and insights
