Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
Co-ordination with our staff for Receipt of material at store.
Coordination with our staff for smooth functioning of inward activity . (I.e. resolve the discrepancies if any observed in receipts & documentation).
Follow up with materials dept.to rectify the discrepancies & PO Problem.
Coordination with IT Dept., Finance dept. for System activity .(I.e. GRN Entry, Issue Entry, Rejection delivery note ,GRN Forwarding
Co-ordination with Store assistant in Storage, Engraving & Preservation activity .
Co-ordination with Material for sending the rejections to supplier.
Co-ordination with our staff in day to day activity of stores.
Inform Dispatch Detail to Department
Circulate copies of invoices to Planning, Excise Dept. & finance
To monitor dispatch activity
Inventory control by proper planning
