Education: Graduation Mandatory
Job Responsibilities:
· Check proper store operation and submitting the final report to Reporting Manager on daily basis.
· Recruiting, training, appraising and supervising staff.
· Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits.
· Responding to customer complaints and comments.
· Setting goals for the retail sales team
· Reviewing the sales performance of the store and staff for the previous day and week.
· Responsible for dump and shrinkage control.
· Managed merchandise levels and store appearance Visual Display Arrangement.
· Proper process of inward & outward of stock.
· Maintaining the ambience of the store as per the company standards
· Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to display.
· Help retail sales staff to achieve sales target & responsible for dump and shrinkage control
