1. Job Overview
A Store Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a retail store. They are responsible for managing daily store activities, supervising staff, maintaining stock levels, driving sales, and delivering excellent customer service. 2. Key Responsibilities
A. Store Operations Management

D. Customer Service & Relationship Management
