2. Key Responsibilities
A. Sales & Revenue Management

Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales to achieve business targets.

Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Implement cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize customer spending.
B. Customer Service & Experience

E. Store Operations & Compliance

Oversee cash handling, billing processes, and daily reconciliations.

Ensure the store complies with company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.

Manage maintenance and repairs to keep the store in top operational condition.
F. Marketing & Promotions

Plan and execute in-store marketing activities, discounts, and festive offers.

G. Reporting & Coordination
