Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Store Manager / Store Executive to manage daily operations of a laundry outlet. The role includes handling walk-in customers, explaining services, and doing telecalling during non-peak hours to generate repeat business. This is a customer-facing, sales-oriented role with growth opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend and convert walk-in customers- Explain laundry & dry-cleaning services clearly- Do telecalling to existing customers and leads- Upsell services and packages- Coordinate pickups and deliveries- Manage basic billing and daily store activities- Take ownership of store performance
