Job Description

LOOKING FOR MINIMUM GRADUATE CANDIDATE FOR MANAGING AUTO PARTS MANUFACTURING PLANT'S FINISHED GOODS STORE. 

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations of the store
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Coordinate with the marketing team to drive promotions and store traffic
Lead, motivate, and train store staff to achieve sales targets
Monitor inventory levels and order new products as necessary
Implement company policies and safety protocols
Prepare and manage store budgets and financial records
Analyze sales data to inform business decisions
Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional manner
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment

Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage retail operations efficiently
