Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, cash handling, and sales transactions.

Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for smooth functioning.

Sales and Business Development

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Monitor sales performance and analyze customer preferences and market trends.

Plan promotional activities, discounts, and campaigns to attract customers.

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.

Inventory and Stock Management

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.

Maintain accurate inventory records and reduce stock shrinkage or wastage.

Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for stock procurement and delivery.

Customer Service Excellence

Provide high-quality service to customers, resolving complaints and queries effectively.

Ensure a welcoming store environment to enhance customer experience.

Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Team Leadership and Training
