Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations of the retail store

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Coordinate with the marketing team to drive promotions and store traffic

Lead, motivate, and train store staff to achieve sales targets

Monitor inventory levels and order new products as necessary

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldd

Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
