Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee daily store operations
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Manage multiple stores within a designated area or cluster
Sales and Performance:
Set and achieve sales targets
Analyze sales data and implement strategies for growth
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and develop store personnel
Create staff schedules and manage payroll
Conduct performance evaluations
Customer Service:
Ensure high standards of customer service across all stores
Handle and resolve complex customer issues
Inventory Management:
Oversee stock levels and product mix
Conduct regular inventory audits
Manage shrinkage and loss prevention
Financial Management:
Prepare and manage budgets for each store
Control expenses and maximize profitability
Marketing and Merchandising:
Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities
Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation
Reporting:
Provide regular performance reports to upper management
Communicate issues and opportunities within the cluster
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
Maintain store security protocols
Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in store operations
Implement and monitor new processes or initiatives
