KEY RESPOSIBILTIES* OVERSEE DAILY STORE OPERATIONS, ENSURING SMOOTH AND EFFICIENT PERFORMANCE.
* LEAD, MOTIVATE, AND TRAIN THE SALES TEAM TO ACHIEVE INDIVIDUAL AND STORE SALES TARGETS.* DELIVER OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, CREATING LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH CILENTS.
* MANAGE INVENTORY, VISUAL MERCHANDISING, AND STORE DISPLAYS TO REFLECT BRAND STANDARDS. * MONITOR SALES PERFORMANCE, PREPARE REPORTS, AND IMPLEMENT STRATEGIES TO BOOST PROFITABILITY.
* HANDLE CUSTOMER INQUIRIES, COMPLAINTS, AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE WITH PROFESSIONALISM.
* MAINTAIN COMPLIANCE WITH COMPANY POLICES, SECURITY, PROCEDURES, AND OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES.* COLLABORATE WITH THE MARKETING TEAM TO PLAN IN-STORE PROMOTIONS AND EVENTS.
REQUIREMENTS
* PROVEN EXPERIENCE AS A STORE MANAGER, ASSISTANT MANAGER, OR SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE IN THE JEWELLERY, LUXURY RETAIL, OR FASHION INDUSTRY .
* STRONG LEADERSHIP AND TEAM MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
*EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, INTERPERSONAL, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ABILITIES.
* SOLID UNDERSTANDING OF SALES PRINCIPLES AND RETAIL OPERATIONS.
* DETAIL-ORIENTED, ORGANIZED AND CAPABLE OF HANDLING HIGH-VALUE TRANSACTIONS.
*PROFICIENT IN POS SYSTEMS AND MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE.
* AVAILABILITY TO WORK WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS, AND FLEXIBLE SHIFTS AS NEEDED.
