Job Description
Ø Issue of material as per production plan on material issue slip also transfer posting same to production.
Ø Handle FG logistics of engine inward and outward.
Ø Material issue on line as per JIT call process.
Ø Taking followup with Repacking team and ensure required part repak from warehouse.
Ø Ensure daily Material handling equipment in good condition and if there will be issue then take follow with maintenance department and ensure no hamper operation.
Ø Ensure new received material is going in location as per desided time limits within 6 hours after receiving.
Ø Advance kitting next plan material for avoid line loss and material dealy.
Ø Maintain two bin system for 'C' class part on daily basis and shift start timing.
Ø Co-ordinate with production team to line feed the material without dealy.
Ø Following first in first out (FIFO) method of issuing of material that have self life to avoid expires and change of properties.
Ø Physical V/S System new receipt mat checking with Binning list if found short, excess
,damage and other issue then highlight to concern dep. and Person.
Ø Identifying slow moving material and Non moving material their disposal.
Ø Effective action for stoppage of further purchasing material when the stock level approaches the maximum limits.
Ø Inventory control on BPR in purchasing planning with maximum stock level.
Ø Handling line feed team and put away Team and co-ordinate with him.
Ø Making MIS Report daily and send to management.
Ø making GRN, Posting, Stock transfer, and generate all Report through SAP.
Ø Receiving the new receipt materials with proper checking against Invoice along with packaging guideline.
Ø Maintaining Record of short, excess and damaged materials received from Vendor.
Ø Maintaining (TAT) of incoming Vehicles.
Ø Maintain and adhere FIFO for Consumable and self life part.
