Job Description

Motivation Exercise & Sales
Motivating themselves for the day and doing at least 5 minutes exercise in the morning along with other staff (Exercise as suggested by Cluster VM) Focus on maximizing bill amount by assisting customers throughout all divisions.
Store Operation
Ensure the promotion implementation at our store & all update pertaining to its implementation has to report to Cluster VM.
Ensure the Deep Cleaning (Ensure No goods are lying beneath the gondolas & floor is clean) -Making sure that DC is properly arranged and cleaning the window areas as well.
Check if the Mark Down process is implemented as per the guidelines.
100% hardtack/pin tag on display merchandise to be Checked/Verified.
Window displays
Dressing mannequins and making use of creative theme for attractive window displays under the guidance of Cluster VM.
Zero sales/Slow-moving item
Ensure the 100% display of zero sales/Slow moving item stock at the store which provides by cluster VM.
Fixture Allocation
Executing/maintain the fixture allocation on the floor at store ' which were created by Cluster VM & track the sell-through for the same.
Standard Display Pattern (SDP)
Maintaining a standard display of the merchandise at all times as per SDP.
Taking round throughout the store & Cross-checking the signage/Props/Star Signage for display article at regular intervals, Make sure all are must be placed as per SDP.
Make sure the display quantity on per attachments provided by HO.
Analysis of Stock Availability/Requirement after discussion with sales team considering the SDP norms.
Educate sales staff on arranging the display as per norms/SDP.
MC Tracking
MC Tracking with Display change (if any) & track sale through for same.
Display of merchandise should be in accordance with Per Sq. Ft. sales, Fixture Revenue to be judged under the supervision of VM Team.
Night Recovery
Make sure the Night recovery process is getting followed properly
The daily task for the morning is to take a round of the whole store and making sure that Morning recovery has been done properly.
Cash Counter Display
Tracking/Updating impulsive item display near the cash counter from Listed items provided by Cluster VM. (Cashier Sales/)
Reporting
Sharing related pics on WhatsApp groups created on a timely basis.
