Job Description
Designation: Store Operations
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture and values of TATA Starbucks
2. Work to anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues
3. Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team
4. Assist with welcoming and connecting with every customer
5. Work to demonstrate the 'Just Say Yes' behavior by taking care of customer needs
6. Help deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a -customer comes first- attitude
7. Follow TATA Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift
8. Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
9. Help provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
10. Work to follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
11. Work to follow store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station
