Job Description
Company is looking for a sales-focused, customer-driven individual to join our retail team at a legacy men’s ethnic wear brand known for timeless craftsmanship and refined design. The role involves driving in-store sales, delivering a high-quality customer experience, and maintaining the brand’s visual and service standards.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
Greet and assist customers, ensuring a warm and personalized shopping experience
Understand product details, fabrics, fits, and styling to provide informed recommendations
Meet daily and monthly sales targets
Manage billing, exchanges, and basic inventory handling
Maintain store display, cleanliness, and merchandise presentation as per brand guidelines
Support during events, exhibitions, and store activations when required
Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the Store Manager when necessary
Candidate Profile
Gender: Male (preferred)
Experience: 1 to 3 years in retail sales, ideally in men’s fashion / ethnic wear / apparel
Education: Minimum 12th pass
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn will also be considered
Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred)
Should have a neat, well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
Polite, dependable, and able to work in a retail environment
Compensation & Working Hours
Salary Range: ₹12,000 to18,000 per month (depending on experience and skill set)
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Weekly Off: 1 day (weekday)
Additional Details
In-store training on brand philosophy, styling, and customer engagement will be provided
Opportunity to grow within the brand based on performance
