You can select a product that you want to be the manager for, create/ use different tools/methods (Eg: Social Media, messaging etc) to sell the product.
For each sale you make, you will receive a certain percentage (mutually agreed amount) as royalty.
We are looking for smart individuals who have good communication and people skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Identifies market potential, establishes marketing strategies, estimates potential sales,
introduces market, and manages the sales cycle.
Plans product line to achieve and maintain sales targets
Meet deadlines with regards to sales.
Use social media and other communication applications to advertise the product and

BLISSJUNKIES.

Provide more details and insight to the company regarding the requirements of
customers, flaws in the product, changes that could be brought in the programme.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and
teamwork with customers, peers and management
Demonstrates high level of quality work with regards to the marketing strategies
utilised
Adheres to all Company Policies & Procedures and Safety Regulations
Adheres to all state and national laws

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Interacts with employees and customers regarding the sale and marketing of the
product
The organisation will not extend any service (financial or other resources) for the sale
and marketing of the product.
You will receive a certain fixed percentage as royalty from the organisation on each
the sale you make of the product
You will be given a certain period of time to achieve the sales targets and you be the
Product Line Manager for a product for a fixed duration of time. If you underperform
or are unable to achieve the target, you will be replaced.
