Sales Executive (Female)- (Showroom Sales)We are hiring a 'Retail Sales Officer/ Executive “for our upcoming luxury retail store.

Job Responsibility

Greet customers and show them the products explain about the product clarity their doubts
Suggest other products based on their requirements help them choose the right products to send them away with a great customer experience across-sell products documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
Ensure that the showroom sales target as well as assigned individual target is met.
Keep an inventory check of the products.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
Ensure that all reporting (written and verbal) are submitted to the Showroom Manager as per the defined timeline and formats.
Responsible for handling customer complaints and resolutions at the shop floor level.
Will be responsible for billing & preparing sales order for smooth processing of customer orders
