Job Description
- To greet customers as they arrive.
- Always listen to what the customer wants and where possible seek to exceed their expectations through the quality and the service you provide.
- Adhere to Opening & Closing routines including cashing up
- Stratify collection activities to maximize cash receipts
- Maintain accurate records about the customer payment status
- Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payment
- Coordinate customer credit changes with the credit department
- Recommend that accounts be shifted to a collection agency
- Good communication skills
- Proven customer focus
- Good team and alone working practice
- Flexible and adaptable approach

- Tolerance to fast paced and sometimes pressured environment
