Store Sales Executive
Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Selling the B2B Sales in and around Hyderabad.
- Visiting to stores & super markets daily.
- Meeting customers daily & explain about the products.
- Meeting Monthly targets.
- To ensure the DSR, fortnightly and monthly reports are sent in daily basis.
- To keep the expenses under control and ensure the expenses are in proportion to the target.
- Increase route-wise coverage, improve servicing of outlets
- Grow Secondary Sales by doing Retailing, range selling & visible placement in General Trade (Kirana Stores etc), with a high number of Total Calls per day & very high percentage of Productive Calls daily.
- Maintaining cordial relationship with the traders, dealers and distributors.
- Carefully use POP material, undertake Merchandising, Sampling, all Sales Promotion (BTL) & localised Advertising activities etc.
- Tour local as well as outstation Markets (whenever required)
- Monitor & report Competition actively
- Should have experience in FMCG Industry
- Should have two wheeler with valid license and willing to Travel
- Good Negotiation & convincing skills.
- Should have good communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu

Sid's Farm Private Limited is a dairy farm located on the outskirts of Hyderabad. Our aim is to promote farmers to produce milk without adulteration and deliver it at an honest price to the consumers. Over the past 3 years, we have motivated more than 10 villages to stop the usage of artificial hormones on the animals and currently, we deliver milk to 6000 households. In the past, we have grown organically, but we believe that there are many areas viz. operations, delivery, payments and marketing where new ideas can help us widen our impact.
