Role Highlights

 

As a Sales Executive at Nuva, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience in our outlet by supporting store operations, assisting customers, and maintaining a high standard of service.

  • Customer Service & Assistance: Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
  • POS Operations & Billing: Accurately handle point-of-sale systems for smooth transactions and billing processes.
  • Stock Replenishment: Ensure shelves are stocked with fresh products and that stock is properly displayed.
  • Store Upkeep & Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, creating an inviting environment for customers.
  • Inventory Management Support: Assist with inventory control and ensure that stock levels are accurately tracked.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

 

  • Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in retail sales, cashiering, or related roles (experience in FMCG, wellness, or pharma stores is preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • High accuracy in handling cash, billing systems, and transactions.
  • A service-oriented mindset, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
  • Education: HSC or a Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
