Store Sales Executive
Job Description
Greet and assist customers in the showroom
Help customers choose sarees based on occasion, trend, and style
Maintain display and inventory
Process sales using billing system
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service & Engagement:

Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Understand customer requirements and recommend products accordingly.

Provide detailed information about products, features, pricing, offers, and warranties.

Handle customer queries and resolve complaints with a positive attitude.
2. Sales & Product Promotion:
-
Promote and upsell products to maximize sales and meet individual and store targets.

Stay updated on new arrivals, stock availability, discounts, and promotional campaigns.

Assist in organizing product displays and promotional setups inside the store.
3. Billing & Cash Handling:
-
Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
-
Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and issue receipts.

Maintain proper billing records and daily sales summaries.
4. Inventory & Stock Management:
-
Assist with stock counting, replenishment, and tagging of merchandise.

Report low stock levels or damaged items to the store manager.

Help with unpacking new shipments and arranging items on shelves or racks.
5. Store Maintenance & Cleanliness:
-
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store and display areas.
-
Maintain proper arrangement of products and promotional materials.

Follow visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.
